Nature of the Site

This is a private reference website. It does not store official jail records, booking photographs, warrants, court records, or UDC offender files, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, accept filings, or change a government record.

The site points visitors toward Garfield County Jail resources, Utah GRAMA request paths under Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2, Utah Department of Corrections resources, Utah Courts Xchange, VINE, and third-party research tools.

Allowed Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions based on site content.
• Do not attempt to access systems, files, or accounts without authorization.
